Heartland has consolidated two investments in Willis Bond’s property development funds since it launched its first fund in 2010.

Willis Bond is a New Zealand property development and investment company, which is focused on creating high-quality, mixed-use communities in urban environments. It has led a number of award winning projects in both Auckland and Wellington.

The minimum commitment for participating in these funds is $1 million, and so through syndicating investment parcels of $50,000, Heartland has enabled its investors to participate in these investment opportunities which may otherwise have been outside their capacity to secure.
